The boss, the strategist, the fighter! Pratiksha was 17 when she started doing management jobs. Later, she founded Ark- her own event management firm, and then she turned 19! (Rumour has it she was managing shifts of her baby sitters when she was 3) She has a habit of thinking big, and an ability to get people excited for her vision. She is always at the wheel of this ark, navigating it through all sorts of waters with resilience, ensuring a safe and enjoyable journey for her clients.

Writer by profession, physicist by education and a musician by passion, Digant has been with us from the very start. He is an integral part of our think tank. You know those writer-types who spend so much time thinking, that they always have a few good ideas, but no time to act upon them? We keep them close! His secret skill is writing about himself in third person.

This one has superpowers which he disguises by calling them ‘latest tech’. He is a big science enthusiast, and it’s his passion to teach science in the simplest way possible. He is our designer, video editor, tech Guru and the creator of this website!

A super talented artist, and our most rational bounce-board! You need someone around, who doesn’t get affected by your excited face and tells you that your idea s*cks- if it really does! We still tolerate him because after that he provides the most practical version of the same idea and brings the excitement back! He is one of our oldest companions.

This bundle of energy has too long a bio to fit here. Film direction, national level swimmer, actor, painter and management jobs, you name it. Samira brings a unique blend of management and creativity into Ark. So now when you see beautifully painted walkie-talkies at our next event, you know whom to blame.

We’ve been pursuing her to take an IQ test so that we can brag about that here, but she is too wise for such gimmicks! She is a smart one with a sorted mind- a killer recipe for a clean management job. You tell her an idea you just came up with and she will tell you the 22 steps needed to execute it.

He is our ever-reliable man in the field. He knows places, he knows people, and he gets things done. You can tell him that you need 50 ft banner at midnight in the Sahara desert and he will grant your wish.
